Mr. Bush has been involved in private equity transactions, business ownership and commercial real estate since 1997. The first six years of his career he was focused on real estate development, acquisition and investment management. From 2003 Mr. Bush partnered with Aaron Young and Steve Adams to then take two retail stores to now forty stores in six states. As President and CFO of USR Holdings, Inc., Mr. Bush carries the finance role in the partnership with deep experience in growth planning, acquisitions, mergers, dispositions, as well as investment reporting and capital structure. Along with Invictus and USR Holdings, Mr. Bush is involved in running two other companies. Mr. Bush graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Finance in 1996 and then in 2003 with an MBA also from Michigan State University. Mr. Bush is a holder of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation and a licensed Broker in the State of Michigan. Mr. Bush has served on the Board of Trustees for Mary Free Bed Hospital since 2009 and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation since 2014. Mr. Bush resides in Spring Lake, Michigan with his wife and three kids.

Possessing thirty years of experience in the food industry, Mr. Dilcher brings an accomplished and diverse skill set to Invictus. Paul spent much of his career primarily with privately held businesses; Gordon Food Service and Shamrock Foods. At GFS, as a Sr. Executive leader, he led the 600 person sales force, support team, and field marketing personnel. His role as a key strategist and catalyst in all aspects of sales growth, geographic expansion, customer profitability, and team development assisted the organization greatly in a period of aggressive growth.
Paul has experience in acquisition and merger integration, team building, financial management, profitability, building metrics for success, vision casting, culture building and training, leadership development, process management, as well as Six Sigma and Lean projects. His senior leadership experience and expertise transcends nearly all functional areas of distribution.
He has also spent time with a number of other family businesses where he has built and successfully delivered plans for expense reduction, operational improvement and revenue growth, and increased profitability – and has had experience in a ‘re-brand, start-up and turnaround’.
Mr. Dilcher has also spent time in the Christian and non-profit world, introducing organizational efficiencies, accountability metrics, and strategic planning, as well as significant donor development and year over year revenue growth results.
A native of western New York, Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo, however the majority of his undergraduate work was completed at Biola University, La Mirada, California, where he also played varsity baseball. He and his wife Karin, from west Michigan, met at Biola, and have three children and three grandchildren.

Mr. Nash joined Invictus in 2016 and is involved in many aspects of its operations including investment, development, private equity, and brokerage. Prior to Invictus, Mr. Nash spent several years with Cherette Group, a West Michigan-based real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily, office, retail, and medical properties. Mr. Nash was responsible for a variety of functions, including: development, acquisitions, property management, brokerage, financing, economic feasibility, due diligence, and investor relations. Prior to Cherette Group, Mr. Nash worked first as an analyst and later as a developer for CenterPoint Properties Trust, a Chicago-based investor, developer, and manager of industrial real estate and transportation infrastructure. Prior to CenterPoint, Mr. Nash spent three years as an officer at FirstBank, a Denver-based regional bank with approximately 120 locations. Mr. Nash received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (2001), and his MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (2011). Mr. Nash is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan and resides in Spring Lake, Michigan with his wife and three kids.

Mr. Paul attended Muskegon Business College majoring in Business Administration. After college, he joined the family business, Paul Bros. Blueberries, Inc. He first managed the operation, and later became Vice-President. Over the years, Steve also became a partner and managing member of Paul-Nelson Blueberries LLC, a certified organic farm, and Mt. Garfield Blueberries LLC and owner of Blue Harvest Inc. All of Steve’s farming operations were members of MBG Marketing, where Steve also served for 8 years on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Paul sold all of his blueberry operations June 1, 2016. For the next year, Steve was employed at First Pick Farms, a 2,500 acre blueberry operation as Director of Blueberry Operations. He is also employed as a crop advisor at Reister’s Grower Services in Kent City, Michigan. Steve has also served as Secretary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3666 since 2010. Steve and his wife Theresa reside in Fruitport and have 2 daughters.

Mr. Robbins received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana (1996). After graduation he re-located to Raleigh, North Carolina and co-founded a software development company that focused on web-based applications for corporations and University Medical Schools. In 2002, he moved back to Michigan and began working for Fifth Third Bank as a commercial banker in their Commercial Real Estate group. Mr. Robbins was a Commercial Banker from 2002-2016 focusing on projects in Western Michigan and responsible for customer relationship management, project due diligence, financial analysis and underwriting. He worked directly with developers, contractors, and investors to finance their investment projects including manufacturing, industrial, land development, multi-family, medical, hotel, and office. Mr. Robbins currently resides in Grand Haven, Michigan with his wife and three children.

Mr. Teeter has more than 18+ years of experience as a business professional and owner. Having overseen hundreds of transactions he is an industry leader. Having personally developed, syndicated, and disposed of multiple investment assets Mr. Teeter brings a unique perspective to business owners. Clients have come to appreciate his sound advice when it comes to his market knowledge, strategic insight and personal experience.
Mr. Teeter is an investment transaction expert since 1998, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate Development. He is an accomplished professional with technical experience in acquisitions, divestitures, investment analysis, analytics, capital raise, and development.
As a Managing Partner, he is responsible for the day to day operations of Invictus, transaction oversight, business development, deal-sourcing, negotiations, and providing support for its associates.
A West Michigan native, Mr. Teeter brings the values, tenacity, dedication, and hard work principals the he no doubt cultivated while playing under legendary coach Bo Schembechler at the University of Michigan and playing in the National Football League.
It is through his experience as a college/professional athlete and coach that Mr. Teeter understands the importance of creating a TEAM of high character individuals that will represent clients with the highest standards and Integrity.
Mr. Teeter holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan, and is a Licensed Broker in the State of Michigan. He and his wife Kim have three children and reside in West Michigan. Mr. Teeter donates his time as the strength and conditioning coach for Western Michigan Christian boys and girls soccer program. And is a mentor for a number of young men and women in the community he serves.

With more than twenty-five years of financial and business advisory experience, Mr. Whitteberry brings a high level of experience, professionalism, and competency to the mergers and acquisitions industry. He has been active in facilitating and integrating mergers and acquisitions and has completed transactions with both domestic and internationally based companies.
Prior to joining Invictus, Mr. Whitteberry was involved in the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing industries. During his 14 year career with Gordon Food Service, Inc., the largest privately held foodservice distributor in North America, he held various financial positions including serving as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at GFS, he facilitated the acquisition and integration of six companies, directed the 100-person finance/accounting team, and was responsible for all aspects of the financial operations and reporting.
Prior to his career at GFS, Mr. Whitteberry spent seven years as an auditor and financial consultant with the international public accounting firms of KPMG and BDO Seidman. Mr. Whitteberry is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Mr. Whitteberry serves on the board of two non-profit organizations and has guest-lectured at Grand Valley State University and several industry associations.
Mr. Whitteberry is an avid runner. He and his wife, Diane, reside in Jenison, Michigan. They enjoy traveling, soccer, and other activities with their five children.
